Our History
EPOPEYA (pronounced as eh-poh-peh-yah) is a multidisciplinary creative magazine that celebrates the expression of all who self-identify as people of colour. This is a space where they can share and take pride in their own stories, perspectives, and backgrounds.
What is EPOPEYA looking for?
Ethnicity. Immigration. Cultural differences. Our unique perspectives and experiences on these and many other things shape us into who we are, and EPOPEYA wants that to be shared with the world. Through this platform, EPOPEYA seeks to publish the visual and written work that reflect the diasporas and journeys of people of colour.
